1 General Introduction

2 Account Registration

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at apk48: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
  • The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the apk48 account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Deposits are generally credited instantly; contact support if there is a delay.

5.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
  • Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Transaction Cancellation

If apk48 suspects fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the system in any transaction, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to explain the situation.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion facility is provided.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

apk48 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its registered users. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (bonus amount × 20).
  • The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
  • A specific time limit may apply for claiming the bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A user may benefit from each promotion only once.
  • Bonuses are provided only to active and verified accounts.
  • Promotional bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are only usable for wagering activity.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

6.3 VIP Program

The apk48 VIP program has three tiers. Based on your continued play, you can advance to a higher tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is provided each week based on regular play activity. As your play activity increases, you will gradually advance to higher VIP tiers.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
  • apk48 reserves the right to set limits on any bet.

7.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a game or event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled indefinitely:

  • The bet amount will generally be refunded.
  • For partially completed events in live betting, settlement may be based on the score or result at the time of interruption.
  • In special circumstances, the decision of apk48 management will be considered final.

7.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through match fixing, collusion, or any other fraudulent method, all related bets will be declared void and the account will be permanently closed.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk48 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Using a false identity or forged documents
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits fraudulently
  • Intentionally exploiting any system or software error or bug
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
